Thinking of buying your first home? Or, perhaps you haven't purchased in a while?
If so, you won't want to miss the FREE 'Home Buyer 101 Workshop coming soon!:
12 Feb 10 AM -12 PM at my Hammond Residential office
826
Boylston Street, Chestnut Hill. Across from the fire station.
Come listen to my expert real estate team in the 'Home Buying 101 Workshop.' This 2-hour presentation walks you through the process of purchasing a home from offer to closing, and everything in between. We have had attendees who needed to purchase now, as well as folks interested in buying a year from now. Some were purchasing in the areas where I typically work and others were looking outside of Boston - and, that's okay.
Over the years, my friends and family were asking me very similar real estate questions, so I started a roundtable discussion group every so often. The discussions became very involved, and I saw the need to bring in other experts. This process eventually evolved into the 'Home Buyer 101 Workshop,' which I now offer about every 6-8 weeks in the busy season For many reason, I prefer to keep the groups small, so space is always limited.
